Summary of Changes:
- Only solutions listed on SMB tab of the rate card are available to SMB clients
- We have reduced the spend minimums for Vision-powered solutions
- QVP is renamed to Turnkey Video
- We have added the ability to run Turnkey Videos beyond the Vision platform
- Free video assets are no longer available through the Vision platform due to the huge increase in demand of video-first tactics.

- We are retiring the vision@amplifieddigitalagency.com “One Call That’s All” support channel. All Vision/SMB related questions should route to our Megaform.
- You can route Vision platform questions directly to visionsupport@frequence.com
- Amazon “display only” pack have retired. Refer to the new rate card for new Amazon bundles.
- Google grant campaigns will have a 30% monthly service fee applied and are only available for MS/MS+ clients
- GTMs will no longer be provided by default for SMB advertisers
- GTMs are still available by request for SMB advertisers at $50 charge
- GTMs are still available for Managed Service clients as is
- "Avails" pulling is no longer available for Amazon, TikTok, Pinterest, Twitter, Snapchat
- Managed Service solutions are only available for Managed Service clients unless an exception is approved by Amplified Client Experience Manager and Amplified Fulfillment Manager
- Basic call tracking is included in all Vision-powered PPC Campaigns. Vision will track phone calls for call extension ads upon request in the IO notes.
- For call recording, a dynamic call tracking number is available for purchase via SWFT and will be implemented on the site. (cannot be used on call extensions)
- SMB web and SMB organic social solutions are being retired.
Coming Soon:
- In April, Client Experience - Lite services will be available for net new clients with spend above $6500/mo. on proposals requested through SWFT
- Targeted Email will be available directly through the Vision platform
