Take a look at this past month's market ranking report to see where your property fell for year over year performance, and pillar revenue! 

 

Overall, we achieved a 4% year over year improvement from period 5!  Our strong focus on Pillar revenue which includes Amplified, O&O Digital, AOR, First Party Data, PFP and E-commerce is showing a much needed trend improvement.  As you all know, this is our top priority this fiscal year.  It is also the cornerstone of Lee’s 5 year growth plan, of which we are all a part.

We saw significant growth in **Tucson,** **STL Post Media, Montana SBU, NWI, North Carolina, Agrimedia (Triple Digits!), Dakota SBU, River Valley, Fredricksburg, Carbondale, Charlottesville, Park Hills, Napa, Flagstaff and Twin Falls**. This is the expectation for all markets going forward, and we need to work diligently to get there each and every day.

Of note; it is critical to turn our bottom performing SBU’s around as quickly as possible. In that light, we will be scheduling a weekly call to ensure priorities and execution are in alignment.  Keep an eye out for an invite soon.   

We have transformed Lee Enterprises into a digital powerhouse.  This year we are on pace to finish with 56% of our advertising revenue from digital and will achieve our $100 million Amplified agency revenue target.
